Samir Yehye
Samir comes from a family of property developers and develops in his own right — so he reads a builder's numbers from the inside, not the outside. He knows what a feasibility has to prove, where a project quietly bleeds margin, and how the numbers decide the jobs you're able to chase.
He holds a Bachelor of Accounting and a Diploma of Construction Finance, and has spent his career in the numbers behind growth — working with some of the fastest-growing companies in Australia to help them scale, turning ambition into models, structure and funding that hold up on site.
