Samir comes from a family of property developers and develops in his own right — so he reads a builder's numbers from the inside, not the outside. He knows what a feasibility has to prove, where a project quietly bleeds margin, and how the numbers decide the jobs you are able to chase.
He holds a Bachelor of Accounting and a Diploma of Construction Finance, and has spent his career in the numbers behind growth — working with some of the fastest-growing companies in Australia, turning ambition into models, structure and funding that hold up.
He also works with technology founders, guiding them through their funding rounds, from seed to Series A.
